Food was good. Prawn cocktail portion size was a little ridiculous considering how much you were paying for it. We booked a table for a birthday celebration but they had reserved a table for us right next to the kids play area. Which didnt bother me much as i found the kids to be quite amusing, but others unfortunetly found it to be very loud. Otherwise nice place, nice staff and very kid friendly
Had a table booked for Riverside Inn but was called half an hour before to be informed they had no chefs for the evening therefore we booked here and had an amazing overall experience, the staff are very helpful and friendly, it was my daughter's birthday and the staff were all amazing and made her night special!! My neice is a vegan and there were plenty of options available for her.Everyone enjoyed there food and the kids had great fun in the play area.
Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is reasonable and well priced. The kids play area is really good and kept clean.
Food was OK but had to wait quite a while for it to come and the place wasn't busy.Main reason for only 3 stars is that when my wife took the grand kids to the soft play area she was told that there was a 3 entry fee for each of our two.As a paying customer spending almost 100 for our meals and drinks I think that is nothing but blatant profiteering. There are other chain restaurants in our vicinity that also have soft play areas but do not charge admission.I could understand if it was to deter parents popping in with their kids for a coffee and dumping their kids in the soft play but a family out for Sunday dinner having to pay is wrong! Waken up or you may well lose business!
You are always unsure what to expect when you visit a restaurant of any kind - they all differ. So I was extremely pleased when I found the overall experience to be outstanding. Karen and Jenny were fantastic, making sure we were happy with our meals and asking if we needed anything.Karen took us to our table, even with us being early. I was a bit worried that we'd have to wait, especially as my younger cousins were both really hungry after the day's activities (one of them even had 2 deserts...I may have joined him in that one). After being shown to our table, Karen thoroughly explained the menu, making sure we knew what was available.Upon ordering food, I asked Karen her opinion about what was the best thing to order, as I was really indecisive. She really helped and I ended up thoroughly enjoying an ultimate burger, after 8 sundae and a hot fudge brownie with salted caramel ice cream (highly recommend all 3).The staff at the bar were amazing also. Unfortunately I cannot remember the gentleman's name, but I think it was Daniel. Either way, he was a complete pleasure to talk to, entertaining my cousins, who went to the bar to order food and had a wee chat with him.All round exceptional service and an amazing experience. How nice it was to get out of Glasgow for a while. I'll definitely be back! Keep up the great work, guys!
