I was here for the 1st time to get a colour and cut. A complete restyle (gulp). Had no need to worry, Claire was amazing, really down to earth and chatty too. Pam even got involved, showing me how to use a curling wand. Thanks girls, I love my hair. My name's Louise Mitchell BTW, but how do I tell Google my name's changed! Lol
