Called on 6/12 & 7/12 to rearrange appointment (11/12), both times told I would receive a call back, didn't happen, so called again today at 9.03 and asked for early morning or after 6pm appointment due to work commitments told nothing available for NHS patients before 9am and nothing available in January!!
